Fishing experience (full-fledged fishing boat)

We accommodate various needs from beginners to fishing enthusiasts

Having one of the best fishing spots in Japan, Tsushims’s greatest merit is that such fishing spots are very close from coast. If you fish at bay where wave is clam, you can reach good fishing spots within 10 minutes. You can enjoy fishing of Aji (Horse Mackerel), Madai (Sea Bream), Kasago (Rockfish) and more within 2 to 3 hours.

Full-fledged lure fishing and trolling are also possible. We can arrange long-course fishing from morning till evening.

Lure fishingAlso, you can experience fishing Saba (Mackerel) using longline, Buri (Japanese Amberjack) and Hiramasa (Goldstipped Amberjack), Hagatsuo (Stripe Bonito) etc. using towrope with fishermen.

Please let us know your preference on experience. We will arrange great Nohaku (home-stay with local experience) for you.

You can catch a variety of fish according to seasons

• Aji (Horse Mackerel): mid April – November. Best is June – October
• Hiramasa: May – October
• Kensaki-ika/Yari-ika (Spear Squid): mid June – October
• Masaba (Mackerel): August – November
• Hagatsuo (Stripe Bonito) September – November
• Buri (Japanese Amberjack): December – February
• Madai (Sea Bream): All year
• Kasago/Arakabu (Rockfish): All year
• Aori-ika/Mizu-ika (Broad Squid): May – June, October

You can catch other seasonal fish in each season.

We can lend all kinds of fishing tools.

We can lend necessary tools for fishing such as fishing rod, rig, bucket and so on (free). Of course you may bring your own umbrella. Beit may cost (about 500 yen).

Please bring the following with you

• Cloths that you don’t mind getting dirty
• Comfortable shoes for sports (sneakers are good enough)
• Hat
• Snowsuits (Windcheater etc.)

We can lend raincoat and high-boots, but extra large and small sizes may be not available. So please bring yours with you if necessary. We can pack your fish in a Styrofoam box and send by post to your home. In that case, we will charge the Styrofoam box and shipping fee. You may bring your own cold box.
