Cancellation

7 days – 3 days before the first date of stay 20％
2 days – 1 day before the first date of stay 50％
On the day of stay or no notice about cancellation 100％

*Unlike the regular hotels, Nohaku is not the main job for the host families. When their room is reserved, the host families spare their time in schedule, which they can use for their main job otherwise. Therefore, we charge in case of cancellation. We appreciate your kind understanding.
Yet, exceptions can be accepted in case of force majeure such as flight/ship cancellation due to the inclement weather. (However, if you inform us after 3 PM (15:00), we have to charge 50% of the fee, as the host will have prepared your dinner.)

 

Student Discount (All include TAX)

The discount applies only if both ① and ② below are met.
① All guests are students*.
② More than 3 people stay at the same Nohaku. OR Guests are stay at the same Nohaku for 3 consecutive days.
* “Student” here includes elementary school students, junior high school students, high school students, university students, graduate students, short-term university students, technical college students, vocational school students.
