The host of Sanju has worked as a fish dealer for many years. Because of this experience, Sanju can serve fresh and delicious seafood to you! You would enjoy Tsushima seafood in many fashions: row fish, boiled, and pot.

We have many unique experiences about the sea!

Sanju has many programs relating to the sea in Tsushima. In addition to the standard “surf fishing,” we also offer a “making dried fish experience”! In this program, you would cook and process a fresh fish and put it into a refrigerator to dry it. You can take the dried fish to your home! It is the perfect souvenir!

* “making dried fish experience” would be 2,000 yen per person.
* We also have a program of teaching how to handle row fish! The program would be 1,650 yen per person.

Plus, you would be able to visit the fishing market (漁協) by staying at our inn! Every morning, lots of fish are bought and sold at the market. You can also purchase fish when you visit. Why don’t you feel the exciting atmosphere?

* Please be advised that you cannot visit the market when it is closed. Also, please note that the departure time can be very early depending on the situation of the market.

Great location for sightseeing in Tsushima!

Sanju locates in Mine-machi Yoshida, the center of the island. Since Tsushima is a long, vertical island, this location is ideal for sightseeing the island. Also, the inn is close to the airport (about 40min drive) and the nearest bus stop.

Have a wonderful time in a calm atmosphere

The town of Yoshida has rich nature with broad rice and soba fields. Please feel a relaxing moment at this calm, small place. Additionally, we used the trees in Tsushima to build our inn. Please have a wonderful stay in the gentle warmth of trees!

What to see when you visit Yoshida?

☆Wadatsumi shrine (和多都美神社) (15 mins drive)
Wadatsumi shrine is an old, historical shrine that also has a connection with the history of Japan. It uniquely has five archways; two of them stand in the sea. You would enjoy a mysterious atmosphere which is typical of this shrine.

☆Eboshi observatory (烏帽子岳) (20 mins drive)
This observatory has a spectacular panoramic view. You would appreciate the superb scenery of Asou bay (浅茅湾), a unique rias coastline, and the mountains of Tsushima.
