Seafood Pizza Making

You can make your own pizza with seasonal vegetables and seafood such as squid and octopus. The fishes are caught in the sea in front of the kitchen so they are very fresh. You can enjoy more delicious pizza because it is baked in a stone kiln with charcoals made in Tsushima.

Stretch the fermented bread dough;

Then apply a specially made pizza sauce;

Put on some seasonal vegetables and seafood;

And put the pizza into a hot kiln.

Bake it well and finish!!

The pizza would be even more delicious when you eat it by watching the sea in Tsushima.

There is nothing to bring for this program. Gloves and aprons are prepared by the minpaku.
